Sponsor a Capstone

What does it take to be an Industry Sponsor for a Capstone Project?

1. Provide a need. (Keeping in mind that the students only have 13 weeks to complete the project.)
2. Provide a summary description of your project to one of the contacts below by the first week of September.
3. Present your need to the students in late September.
4. Provide some guidance.
1. To ensure that the project is addressing your needs
2. Intellectual Property requirements (If any)
3. Non-disclosure requirements (If any)
4. Be aware of what we ask of our students
5. Attend a minimum of two meetings.
6. Complete a short team evaluation survey.
7. Funding for hardware and software licenses if you wish to retain ownership.
8. Attend showcase event if possible.
